To alchemise my internal experiences into something tangible. Something I can look at and understand more clearly.

Music allows me to explore parts of myself without judgment. To express my darkness and to shine light onto some of the deepest parts of me.

It allows me to witness, process, and release my experiences. It is a way for me to honour my journey, to access the flow and to connect deeply with myself and others.

I started writing music when I was ten.

I can remember tapping into the flow from the very first song. It almost felt like I had accessed something beyond me.

I wasn’t consciously choosing what I was creating, I was allowing the expression of writing to heal what was so deeply hurting me at the time.

As i’ve grown, my awareness has expanded and I continue to become more conscious of this flow state every time I write.

I would say I enter a meditative state.

Every time I trust and surrender to it, I get carried through a beautiful journey that teaches me, holds me and creates all at once.

I used to stress over the concept of genre.

I felt like I had to know where a song was headed before it was even created.

I would hold back on ideas because they didn’t seem to ‘fit’ into the box I was trying to cram myself into — just to be more digestible for other people.

I suppose, within our culture, we love a box. A label.

People are obsessed with fitting in, making sense of things, knowing that everything has its place.

But who makes the rules?

Learning to embrace my love and inspiration from a wide range of music is a journey I’m just beginning.

How exciting it is to realise that there really are no rules in creativity.

What would you create if you let go of all the rules?

I truly believe creativity is vital for every human being.

We are here to express, expand, and create.

To show our true individualities,
while also coming together collectively.

To honor one another’s differences,
while recognizing that we are all part of a higher, united force.

I feel creativity is the bridge
between our ego selves and our souls.

Music has the power to reach beyond the 3D, into the subconscious.

It witnesses.
It holds space.
It connects.

In a world full of illusion,
it is vital that we create something true —
something that can touch those who are lost,
and be a guiding light for anyone who needs it.

Authenticity is the highest frequency.

It’s not about what is being created, it’s about how close to your truth it is.

I believe this is the true measure of success - how authentically you are living your life.

With this philosophy, material objects lose value and suddenly life reaches a deeper state of meaning.

I urge you to value your truest state over all else.

To surrender to what and how you are, not what you are told you must be.

This is how you begin to access the flow.
